[:en]UPCI Lasalle’s official position on COVID-19 vaccinations[:]

As a body of Christ, UPCI Lasalle’s official position on COVID-19 vaccinations, vaccinations, blood, and other medicines are as follows:

It is our belief that we are fearfully and wonderfully made by God who is the author and giver of life who made each person in his image and likeness desiring his children to not only conform to the image of his Son Jesus which is done only through his Holy Spirit and his sinless blood, but to endorse life-giving behaviors and principles that leave a person with a clear conscience.

For this reason, we do not support, endorse, Or believe that UPCI Lasalle members or anyone else should take the Covid 19 vaccine nor be forced to insert, inject, inhale, digest, or swallow any electronic/chemically triggered device, food, medication, drug, pill, vaccination and/or DNA or RNA altering substance against their will as it can alter Gods design and purpose in their lives, force exposure to potential unwanted side effects and even premature death, and cause believers to violate their conscience and relationship with God bringing constant emotional, mental, and spiritual frustration and turmoil concerning the well being of their soul.

(Romans 14:5,22-23; Romans 2:15, Hebrews 10:22, 1 Tim 1:5,19-22, 1 Tim 3:9)

Forcing these things leaves people without the ability to pursue peace with God and their faith. Pastors are also required to transmit the faith in a pure conscience (1 Tim 3:1) which can not be done without voluntary consent.

Concerning Covid 19 vaccines

we are not satisfied nor do we have evidence that proper short and long-term tests and trials have been conducted to ensure that the vaccine is 100% effective and safe for the short and long-term health of the persons receiving the vaccine.

As a Church, we have beliefs that advise and inform our members from participating in certain medical procedures and taking certain medications and vaccinations. However each member is instructed to make medical decisions voluntarily, according to their faith and conscience, and after consultation with their own medical and legal counsel as each person’s situation is different and we take no responsibility or liability for the decisions any member or person makes concerning their own medical choices.

As a faith community unified in this matter, no church member is put in danger as membership and attendance is voluntary and all agree to our statement of faith. Attendance is voluntary giving sick members the option to isolate if need be, wear a mask, or come for faith healing. Healthy Believers are given the right to attend at their own risk or withdraw based upon their level of faith. We also believe that All outside our faith community are entitled to self-preservation in the way they choose which doesn’t negate people’s right to use medication, masks, or vaccinations for their own safety and conscience. In a country of diversity, we accept that there will be many who don’t embrace our beliefs. We believe that If everyone lived by the Bible, the world would be a better and safer place but we can not force it on others as that would violate their conscience and remove their sense of peace.

We believe in medication and that the purpose of medication is to bring health, life, and well-being mentally, emotionally, and physically. For this reason, Our faith does not support the forced usage of medications that are not resolving the problem or for overindulgent and abusive reasons which cause more problems. Nor do we support the eating, drinking, or forced injection usage of blood into the body because blood is the transmitter of life and the carrier of disease and generational spiritual afflictions. It is also clearly forbidden by our faith (lev 17:10-11; gen 9:4; Lev 3:17; Acts 15:29).

Our members can not in good conscience be forced to partake of or support medicines manufactured by or tested on fetal cells and/or aborted babies as it it is equivalent to supporting murder. As murder is serious in the courtroom it also negatively affects the human psyche and emotions. Endorsing the usage of blood can inflict negative physical, bring mental and emotional consequences, Desensitize the conscience, and bring curses, and premature death (Gen 9:5-6).

Scripture

Leviticus 17:10-12

10 And whatsoever man there be of the house of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, that eateth any manner of blood; I will even set my face against that soul that eateth blood, and will cut him off from among his people. 11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. 12 Therefore I said unto the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger that sojourneth among you eat blood.

Leviticus 17:14
